LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE We interpret the relationship between the built and natural environment. As landscape architects we focus on the process of analysis, planning and design to produce graphical packages that clients can relate to and contractors can build from. We work as intermediaries between the client, governmental agencies and the design team to accomplish all submittals and approvals needed for construction.
IRRIGATION DESIGN Irrigation is the critical part of any project, whether automated or natural, that gives and sustains the life of the project. Irrigation design has been our niche for over 17 years and we have seen its transformation over time through drought, technological advances and governmental regulation. We offer an extensive knowledge base in irrigation planning, design & installation oversight for any type project.
LANDSCAPE CONSERVATION Conservation is instrumental in how we design as we seek the balance between meeting human needs and preserving the fragile environment that surrounds us. Conservation techniques include Xeriscape design, Low Water Irrigation practices, Fuel Modification, Native Planting, Best Management Practices (BMP’s), Ecosystem Management, and more.
LAND USE PLANNING As a branch of Urban Planning, Land Use Planning encompasses all levels of work from Environmental Land Use Analysis and Specific Plan Preparation to Governmental Approvals. We seek to further the welfare of communities by creating efficient, equitable, healthy and attractive environments.
